Why we exist
Practice teams spend hours every day on phone calls that don't need a human to start them — recall reminders, medication reviews, screening invitations. Patients miss them, staff burn out, and the work that actually requires clinical judgement gets squeezed.
We think that's a software problem, not a staffing problem. Healthline AI handles the structured outreach automatically, gives the clinician the calls that matter, and writes everything back to the record. The team gets time back. Patients still get a call.

Every workflow is co-designed with practising GPs and validated against real patient interactions before it goes live.
Regulated by design
Class I SaMD pathway in progress, with a parallel route to Class II. Audit-ready by default.
NHS-native
Built for the protocols, language, and constraints of UK general practice — not adapted from a US platform.
Where we come from
The team is split between the NHS and Imperial College London — clinicians, engineers, and operators who've worked inside the system long enough to know which problems are worth solving. We're a small team and we like it that way for now: every customer talks to a founder.
What we're working on
Today, statin adherence, cervical screening, and bowel screening run in production. Chronic disease management and NHS health questionnaires are next. Beyond that, we're shaping preventative care outreach, information delivery, and post-consultation follow-ups. Other workflows can be added and current ones modified as per your needs.
